If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this agreement and may not use the Service.
Treaty.js must be integrated solely and exclusively with the provided method. Do not make a wrong use of our Service. Do not try to access the Service using a method other than the one we provide.
You can not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You should not, when using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to any copyright or trademark law).
You expressly understand and agree that Treaty.io shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the API or third-party products that access and submit data via the API.
Misuse of our API may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Service. Treaty.io reserves the right to determine what constitutes a misuse of the API.
We have the right to suspend or restrict your access to the Service. We may refuse to provide the Service to any Property.
Treaty.io reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any of its functionality) with or without notice. Treaty.io shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
By using our API, you agree to allow Treaty.io to view, copy, modify or distribute the data you provide to the Service.
Free usage of our API is limited to 1,000 daily requests. If you exceed 1,000 queries in a 24 hour period, we'll return a
rate_limit_exceeded error with a 429 HTTP status code. You must sign up and add a credit card to your account if you need to make more requests.
If we determine that your bandwidth usage exceeds normal use of the Service, we reserve the right to block or restrict your access to the API until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption. If you plan to use the Service on a highly visited site, please inform us in advance to avoid being blocked.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You must not edit, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, Treaty.io, or other services offered by Treaty.io.
Treaty.io does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. The results obtained from the use of our Service are not guaranteed to be accurate and reliable. We do not guarantee that we will correct any errors in the Service.
